6 Month Consistency Goal

wheew! deep breath! blow out! begin typing blog!

Ok so of all the years that I've been dieting, losing weight and gaining weight I've never been consistent no more than 4 months! True story!

1st major diet Atkins lost 50lbs in 4months (2004)

2nd major diet Weight Watchers lost about 30lbs in 3 to 4 months (2009)

Now I'm here on my own no diet just things that I've learned over the years of dieting.

My goal of all goals is to stay consistent in tracking my weight. I dont care if I'm watching what I eat, exercising or not, gaining, or losing weight, etc I want to stay aware and consistent with weighing myself for 6months straight.

I pray that this bring a new change in my life as far as patients and eventually permanent weight loss. Please keep me in your prayers for I am no super hero, animation, or actor. I'am me, Key, a human being that has been through more things in my 24yrs on this earth than maybe a 50yr old woman has and I too fall weak and give up on life's battles easily at times.

After this 6month consistency goal that I'm hoping to accomplish I want to reach for a 12 month consistency goal. So I'm starting small. This is a rule written in stone "start with small changes"! So 6months is small but the ultimate goal is 12months.

I will bring you along with me through my 6months with monthly updates, journals, and weigh-ins.

    Good luck girl and i think i need to really do sumthin like this. Well the exercising part is no problem, its the eating that i cant get together. But i better bcuz i been dealing with some health problems and part of it is from me consuming carbs, sugars, white flour, and gluten. U know, the things that seem too hard to eliminate when we been eating them all our lives. So its going to be really tough as i have to really focus on not eating certain foods thats affecting my health. Pray for me girl and ima be praying for u. We have to win this battle
