Made myself some real bacon this morning and blew my wad on calories. This is not the way to start loosing weight. i keep telling myself to go walk around the lake(a good 3 mile walk) but I don't do it. I have no motivation -
I do know this though I'm not touching any real bacon for quite some time.

    If you are having trouble finding motiviation, maybe you haven't found your inspiration for losing weight. It has to be something coming from you, not your doctor, your family, friends or any outside source. YOU have to decide WHY you want/need to lose weight and then decide if the sacrifices are worth it. Sounds simple, doesnt' it. It's not. I think its one of the hardest things to come up with. Most of us want to lose weight because "society tells us we should look like ___." or "My hubby thinks I'm fat." or "The doctor tells me I need to lose ___lbs to be healthy." It isn't from an internal motivation.

With all that said, I know you can do this. And I think it is wonderful that you are still working at it even though you are hitting a motivational brick wall.

Keep up the good work and find your "Why" and you will do wonderfully!
