Good Day Sparkfam!! I had a good nights sleep but have you ever woke up in the morning & caught extra sleep? Well I did this & instead of having visions of sugar plums, I had visions of me in Target getting box upon box of Red Vines. lol I sit here & giggle to myself that people dream of food but not me, I dream of sweets. I even dreamt they had made a hard candy & that I could try it for 2 cents. So here I sit with my mind on Red Vines. I have been decent except I have been having twinkies. Which is better? High carb Red Vines or high fat Twinkies? I need your help. . . . . .
Anyho, I did legs & glutes last night & WOW are my legs tense. My upper body is kinda screaming too cause I did boot camp yesterday & I did plenty of planks, push ups & squat thrust climbers which is a mess in itself. Tonight I need to do 30-40mins of cardio, step aerobics would be easier on my body than kick boxing I think. . . . Also, the QFC for today is push ups!! UGH!!! Help!! So I will be do wall push ups & modified push ups cause a sistah is not trying kill herself. Also, I need to reserve some strength for the rest of the week's workouts.
