What, Me Worry?

I have had some trouble sleeping well and eating right. There are personal issues that i worry about, and my good intentions go out the window.

When I think of my problems, I don't sleep well. And when I get exhausted from not getting sleep, I finally fall asleep during the day and throw my whole healthy lifestyle out the window.

Somehow I need to relax and not worry so I can get back on track. When I not stressed and have had a good nights sleep, I do well. Now how to figure out how to not let my worries get the best of me....

I did have a good night last night, and even overslept a little. Hope tonight goes well, and I make it to spinning tomorrow morning.

    Sometimes I have issues with worry, too, only I break out in itchy hives and get knots in my neck and shoulders instead of insomnia. My husband is a super relaxed, optimistic kind of guy, so that helps. I'm also thinking about trying to add an element of meditation to my strength training/stretching workouts. I hope that your worries ease soon and you can get several nights of good rest soon.
