Not big news here, but a nice new behavior: I went to the store today to get some ingredients just for a recipe I saw here. Bought some brussel sprouts (yeah, I used to hate them too, but began liking them a few years ago) and some walnuts, each of which has some excellent nutritional benefits. A gallon of non-fat milk to mix with my morning EZ protein drink, and that was it!.
Yes, it did help that I was doing something which placed me one street over from the store! But, I saw an opportunity, did not procrastinate, and am now more likely to make the new recipe. As I said, a little step, but a healthy one.
