Hey spark people. So As of my last blogI was going to try something new a pictorial food journal. Well the idea was great but I unfortunately don't have the time or the memory to snap said pictures. But I am going to continue to come up with inventive ways to keep track of my food intake. On another note I am down another 4.6lbs bringing total pounds lost to 14.3lbs. I am so close to my first 10% goal only 5.8 lbs to go and I am also close to losing 20lbs. I am going to do it and nothing is going to stop me not even this ankle of mine. Can't do my Chalean Extreme, Trbo Jam or Turbo Fire at the moment the later which I am really mad about about because I just got it, all do to too much strain on my ankle. Am I going to let this stop me no I am not, I am going to go into my garage and find my Walk at Home DVD's and take advantage of the track at the school near me. I can do it and so can you.
