I don't want to loose steam

I am starting to feel discouraged. I have been walking since the 2nd week in August. I started out walking 4 days a week for the first 3 weeks then I died down to 3 days a week for about the next 2 - 3 weeks. Presently I have been walking 5 days a week and have just added a second (morning) walk to my schedule. Morning walks are about 20 min (mixed with jogging) and my evening walks are 30-40 min. I have not lost one pound. Ugh. I am not going to give up because I know I can do this but I am getting discouraged. We have quit eating out as we used to do this entirely to much. I have stopped buying processed foods (my husband is occasionally bringing them home). The holidays are coming up and I'd like to see just a little progress to get me through with my head held high!
I just keep telling myself "You can do this!!!"
Hopefully I will start to believe it.
