Well, I reached my weight loss goal of losing 10 pounds a while ago and I've been exercising alot, so I stopped tracking my food. I find that I am eating more sugary foods than I would like to and I think I've really lost the good eating habits that I established while I was regularly tracking. Soooooo it's time to start tracking again. I am proud of myself for the regular exercise!
