Accountability Partner Sign Up HERE! LOL

Monday, October 25, 2010

Obviously, if we could do this alone, we wouldn't be here!

I have let myself GO this weekend and am now paying for it, I am so sure, I dont even want to see the scale! I can tell by my clothing... it says enough...

So, HELLO, knock knock, anyone home... why do you do this to yourself? then you beat yourself up and quit. say to heck with it, your busy, stressed and need to be able to rely on that last little steadfast thing in your life - food.

Well guess what, thats a load of bull crock. It accomplishes NOTHING possitive and is completely unneccesary.

So, make better decisions and find someone, anyone that will check in daily or every other day, to help be accountable...

So I am on a mission to find that friend that will check in fairly often to update me on their decisions, as i do on mine... someone that i can encourage and someone that will give me swift kick in the butt when necessary.

I am not looking for someone to carry my burden, i am independent, but i do so much better when i know someone else is going to want to know why i ate the extremely unreasonable meal i just downed... etc...

New challenge starting Nov 1 - so excited about that but there is no reason to wait until then!

Accountability Partner sign ups starting TODAY!

So true! It's really hard, especially when everyone around you has given up. Unfortunately, I'm so busy I can barely keep up with myself!
