    Lookin forward to learning about grains. I hate reading it. It's a little hard with my vision the way it is so I'll be lookin forward to "hearing" it.. emoticon
I love multi-grain cheerios. I havn't had them in so long though because we started making green smoothies every morning. I should keep them around for a snack every now and then. Great job on your workouts today. BURN IS GOOD!!!!! Have a wonderful day!!
