Ok so my kids had their Halloween party last night. I looked at the pictures and oh my. My weight is creeping back! Time to get back on track again. So new plan. I have six weeks until my cruise to get back in shape. 60 minutes of exercise 6 days a week. Water and V8 are my new best friends. Back to eating the superfoods. I have my workout buddy and my husband and kids to stay on top of me. Hopefully, they don't let me get away with too much hahaha.
