Well, I made it to the end of the challenge and feel like I learned alot about my eating habits. I will try hard to be consistent with tracking. I also upped my protein yesterday and that helped me to feel full longer. Anyway, here are my pics from Friday.
Oatmeal as usual but I added a piece of left over chicken for extra protein. I had my ice cream bars (2) for snack before lunch. Only 100 calories each but I didn't take a pic. I didn't buy any more of those for this week because I can never stop at one. I replaced that treat with yogurt and fruit for this upcoming week.
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Spinach and Mushroom pizza, carrots and ranch dip. I ended up sharing the carrots with the munchkins. I was getting full and I never can eat anything by myself around here plus never hurts to give them extra veggies.
Snack: A serving of Cornbread Stuffing and a small banana ( no pic )
Sloppy Joe with lettuce and tortillas and a serving of light dressing. I usually eat them on buns and have two of them plus cheese and lots of sour cream. I know that sounds gross but they taste yummy. I am really proud of myself for making better choices.
Dessert: Cut up Nectarine with a little light cool whip.
I didn't do too bad. I took the day off from working out to give my body a break. It has been a tough week but I did lose a pound. I hope next week will be better all around. Thanks for reading and supporting me as always.
