Encourage Yourself. . . . .

Friday, October 22, 2010

Good Friday Sparkfam!! Its Friday, I just got paid & I will have a few bucks left to maybe get a new pair of jeans. . .We'll see if my sons don't come up with needing something as they always do. lol

So I got up early but I lingered in bed for a minute, then listened to Joyce Meyer. She is so encouraging but she will tell you about yourself at the same time. I like that a lot!! So I started my workout with Firm DVD 45mins (a good burn) & then did FitTv's All Star Workout Pilates Sculpt & man are my arms & legs tingling. Just like I like it, not hurting so bad I can't go on with my day but just a tinge to know I did something for me & my health. I am so encouraged & then I get in my car & turn on the radio & they are playing this song:

Man, I was on 10!!! It motivates me to know that the God I serve does not enjoy us walking around looking all serious like the bottom is about to fall out of our lives. He wants to be happy & be encouraged & have peace in our lives. Some times I feel down but that's just 10% of my life. I love speaking to people & seeking out to help people with things in my life & strangers on the street. So this song spoke to my heart & I pray it speaks to you as well.

I feel like I can workout for another 2-3hours but I won't I will do some dancing & a few weight exercises.

B: Slice of honey wheat toast, butter & jelly with half c. Carmel Vanilla coffee
S: mini Twix & wethers carmel hard candies
L: Arby's Turkey & Swiss & half cup of soup - took out most of the meat, it was WAY TOO SALTY
S: milk w/half packet of carnation instant breakfast - got to get my protein & calcium
D: Grilled Salmon, broccoli & baked potato
S: ????? open since I've been good. . . .WOOHOO!!

God bless & let's enjoy the weekend.

Amen sister! Girl I just love these blogs. It's true...Be Happy! God is a Happy God and full of fun. He says His Joy is our Strength. There's Strength in laughing(health) and Smiling. Smiling makes your whole day better. I bet you are so much fun to work with too Dee. You are a blessing. Isn't folate the same as folic acid? If it is that's in a multivitamin if you take one or you can just buy folic acid. I need to check that out. Thanks for commenting on my blog. Girl I love veggies now just like I love smiling. I can eat veggies all day long. Sometimes I do not even have meat with my meal. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Thanks for the words of encouragement. You are right that you have to inspire yourself and do things that make yourself feel good. If God is for us, who can be against us? emoticon
