Plans to go to the gym were thwarted last night by the need to move furniture around and sort out my house (in the final stages of renovation). Does this count as fitness minutes? Spent four hours carrying, lifting, dusting, sweeping and vacuuming. Certainly felt like i had expended plenty of energy.
No worries though, got to the gym this morning. Despite the freezing temperatures. Planning to go again tomorrow, with BF, when we can have a sauna and do the full relaxation thing that in the week there just isn't time for. I love weekends!
There's no denying though, weekends are harder food-wise. All my resolve during the week suspiciously vanishes the minute Friday night rolls around. Why is it time sensitive? Why can't I control the poor eating habits that during the week come so easily?
