The best laid plans can change in an instant! This week we received word that my brother in law died. So that, coupled with having to work two 10 hour days and one 5 hour day, spending time over at the folks', etc, etc., I had to rearrange my workout schedule. I just want to get thru my last 2 weeks of this round of TF!!! So Day 4 I did TF Tone 30 and HIIT 15. HIIT 25 was on the schedule, but it has way more plyo than I want to deal with while I'm still not feeling 100% in my back. Today, Day 5, I did TF Fire 55 EZ. Since I was out of practice, I didn't do as well as I've done in the past. I didn't sweat like I usually do, but then it's been awhile and I'm still being extra careful (meaning I'm not going as intense on some moves). Ok, this is quick as I need to get some sleep!
