So I am trying to keep up with what I eat, drink my water and exercise. But it is so hard. I kind of blew it today I think. I will still track though to see how bad! The water thing is easy... gonna take a break from exercise since I did it two days in a row.
I am trying to keep motivated but it is so hard!
I MUST Keep trying!

    hi there .I feel you. i know how it is so hard to fellow a new lifestyle and trying to get fit and healthy I am trying to reach my goals like drop 2 pounds a week and drink8 glasses of water every day with lower calories and too much exercises,but helllooo this so hard but it give us the benefits it insure that we will see the results by the time so keep working on your goals and reach it and live your life for best and healthy body and mind and soul, live the happiness with new body, new size. peace .
