hello everyone, november is almost here thank god. I'm still sweating my face off when i walk. wanting to try a new exercise. any ideas? welcome all need a new challenge emoticon

    I'm all about sneaky exercise I don't want to know I'm sweating until the end of the workout. I like dance workouts or Wii Fit.

Another great calorie burner is roller skating.

  I really enjoy my kettle bell workout. I do suggest learning with someone who really knows what they are doing, but once you know how to swing correctly, you can make fantastic progress.
