I found some cardio exercise that I really enjoy. Didn't think it was ever for me but I am digging Zumba. I' ve been about 7 times now and feel like I'm getting the moves. I'm swiveling my hips (who knew they could move like that) and shaking it! I am remembering some of the steps and I just don't care anymore if people can see me. lol What a workout and it goes by quickly.
I'm in week 4 of my strength training plan. Yahooeeee. Have I mentioned before I love doing strength training? Yesterday was a bit hard but then again I did it after teaching 2 Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength classes. Resistance bands will tire you out people! I can't wait for the day that I see all the different shapes in my body and when I look in the mirror and do not see any spill-over (you all know what I'm talking about).
