    Don't fret about those things, in the end balance is key! Tomorrow you may be under and if not, exercise a little more. I consider weight loss/maintenance an art not a science :) Variation is the key to great art!

    Hey! I get pissed sometimes too. There are times I know I went over my calorie allotment for the day. I just shake it off and make sure I eat less the next day ,or exercise a bit longer. It's all about peaks and valleys, and at the end of the week your calorie intake should average out. So don't stress and keep up the great attitude. Best of luck.
