The way I see it I am 35lb over weight and it stops today... My weight has been flip flopping for years and now it is getting over board. I try to workout of a regular basis but this just isn't enough. I have to by at 145 by Feb 27. So I am done playing games. I plan to continue to live my life but incorporate healthier food choices. My journey begins today!
