I have had a great week so far. I over did it on carbs today. I got to craving some chips and I thought it would be ok. I looked at the calorie count and everything. I just went way overboard. I did not have any candy today so that is an improvement. I have new found energy just with the small increase in exercise and water drinking. Everyone keep up the good work. Do not let your spark go out.

    Yeah for you for little improvements. They add up...reminds me to try harder! Progress doesn't just happen.
