I have had a great week so far. I over did it on carbs today. I got to craving some chips and I thought it would be ok. I looked at the calorie count and everything. I just went way overboard. I did not have any candy today so that is an improvement. I have new found energy just with the small increase in exercise and water drinking. Everyone keep up the good work. Do not let your spark go out.
