I know that I did not watch my calories over the weekend as closely as I am during the week. However, I know that I did not overeat!

So, I am moving more than I ever have AND eating less than I ever have....So, Why am I gaining more weight?

Makes me wanna just eat the entire box of bon bons!!!
(As chocolate and peanut butter are my FAVE!)

I won't! I did not make my lungs feel like they were bleeding while on my bike ride for nothing today!

I NEED to lose weight and NEED to get into shape...and I have worked myself upto WANTING to do these things!

I just wish that I saw some results...

    Start tracking everything, calories per week, calories burned, exercise minutes. If you are doing everything right then weight loss is not consistent and is quite random so it could be muscle gain, or inches lost. If you want maximum reassurance then start tracking everything with scales and a tape measure to hand!
