I am loving the fact that I have to post my food. It has really kept me accountable and I don't have to write anything down, LOL. I may be on to something. So here is my food intake for the day. I didn't take a pic of my ice cream bars today but I had 2 (100 calories) each. Hope everyone has a good night.
4 a.m. Nurse baby meal LOL
Breakfast : Oatmeal, PB Toast, Coffee
What? I got hungry and do you know that they didn't even fill me up. I will try something different tomorrow. I think I need to buy some almonds or something for those hunger spurts during the day. I drink a ton of water but still feel hungry especially after exercising and nursing.
Now I feel full, LOL!
Lunch: Salad with Bacon Bits instead of tuna today. It was delish:0). I also had a mixed berry smoothie but I forgot to snap a photo
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Pizza and mixed veggies and applesauce. I didn't finish all of the applesauce though. GO ME!
I feel pretty full and my goal is to not eat anything else before bed. Night time eating is a habit that I am trying to break.
I thought that I would add a pic of my personal trainer. She has her water bottle and is ready to workout( her words!). Let's rock it tomorrow Sparkies!
