I started the Spark almost 2 years ago. I was worried I'd have to give up my favorite foods for "blah" healthy foods. I was expecting workouts 24/7 in order to get in shape and I kissed my social life and time with my husband bye-bye! I had just delivered my first baby, a beautiful, 7 lb 11 oz girl. I WAS SCARED! The Spark made the transition so manageable! I am cooking up fruits and veggies like a pro and I love it! Just this morning I cooked up breakfast with 3 servings of veggies and a serving of fruit! And I just woke up! My exercise consists of two small workouts a day, one of them being Wii active which is more fun than work!
