Day 2 of working out. Wow I was looking over my post and it's been close to a month since I was working out everyday. I have missed it in my routine, (i miss the sleep too, lol) I need to work on getting to bed earlier. But more then anything I just glad I'm not sick any more. I could see the complacency starting to happen with working out. I feel like I'm starting all over. At least I did not give up and I have fought with myself to get back to working out. It may not be coming of as fast as I'd like it to but at least it's still coming off.
