WOOO HOOOO for getting the presentation over with.
I have been SOOOOOOO horrible on my sleep lately. SOmetimes not going to bed till lik 2 or 3 am... or waking up at 2 or 3 am and getting ont he computer for 4 or 5 hours then going back to bed and sleeping till noon. It's making me feel like I'm not human anymore and I don't like it. Plus it throws my eating off so bad. Anyways, enough of that!! Hope the rest of your week is great!!!

    Hey girl,

Sorry to hear about Pats Goomba. It's never easy no matter how old and full lives they've had I know. (My sis made it to see my step dad but he was way out of it and didn't know she was there this time. :(

    Hang in there kiddo

Glad you had a calm day.. mine was the opposite for sure!
I can identify with being tired and busy and reluctantly putting workouts on the back burner.... but yesterday I fought through it..... :) You would have been rpoud of me.

so terribly sorry to hear about Pats Gumba... :( I know he must really be struggling. I know what you mean when you said sometimes all you can do is just be there.

Nice to hear your update. I'm sorry to hear about your boyfriend's brother's godfather, as you say, all you can do is focus on being as positive and helpful as possible. It is very different when you live with someone, my boyfriend is exactly the same. He goes to bed between 2-5am! The reason I stay up with him is mostly because I want to have time with him but if you can manage to spend some quality time before - like have a good dinner together and do something together, it feels easier to go to sleep at a good time. I feel for you, I know exactly what that is like but your priorities are sometimes with your heart and that's ok. :-)
    Have a good Tuesday
