I spent the day doing laundry, cleaning and baking in preparation for the band Wavorly coming in tonight. My daughter booked them for a concert on Wed. to celebrate her 18th birthday. They are staying here until Thursday morning.
Woohoo - - Because all of the extra work I am going to be @ 10,000 steps by the time I go to bed.
I had eggs and sausage for breakfast and I didn't feel hungry all day. Which is good because I made chocolate chip banana bread -- a weakness of mine. I only had 2 slices -- one right after I took it out of the oven and one tonight. I came in just below my lower end of calorie range.
1. Stay within calorie limit --
--track EVERYTHING on SP .
2. Begin a daily exercise routine
-- Exercise before SP, then log it
-- knee physical therapy (M, W, F)
--strength training a different set of muscles ea day
3. Blog daily, even if it is short
4. Participate Fully in ALL challenges
5. Weight goal = 229 by Nov 20th
9/25 = 242.5
