Why did I eat that?

Ok, so I know I wasn't hungry. I had just eaten dinner.

I saw the bag on the counter and I couldn't help myself.

Darn those boy scouts...they sell really yummy cheddar cheese popcorn.

But why did I eat it?

Thankfully, I logged in while I was chomping on the popcorn and read a blog that inspired me to put it down.

There's lots of talk about emotional eating but sometimes I really can't put an emotion on it. I was just tempted with a tasty treat. Is it an addiction? What do y'all think?

    The only way to fight it that I know of is not to have it in my house. Munchy eating I think is a habit thing. It's the hardest for me to fight. I only have fruit around for snacks, sometimes low fat popcorn or peanut butter too. Good luck to you!!

    I don't get it either. It's more like an impulse buy (lol)!
