im a b1g fan of splitting meals with friends when going 2 a restaurant. the 1/2 in the woofie bag is a good idea 2.
150 by december is totally doable. u can totaly do 1t!!11
goal: i want 2 b 195 by the end of the year. 5 pounds in 2.5 months.
vent: ive been really stuck @ the 200 pound mark for awhile now
