So Nice & Toasty. . . .

Monday, October 18, 2010

What a wonderful weekend it was! I mean Saturday was like blah but Sunday was a really wonderful!! I had a awesome time at church & the hubby grilled enough chicken, steak & salmon for the rest of the week! Its like we will be having high end KFC on a budget for lunch & dinner. I am sure my oldest will have steak & salmon for lunch at school. lol My spirit is still reeling from the Word about the "anointing." My, was it a meaty sermon where the spirit was upon (up on) Mary when the angel of the Lord told her about her & her favor with God! Her question like many of us, "how can this be?" when you know of the greatness of our God!! He can do anything but we sit & wonder how & when? So when we get with God & know His will for us then we can stop questioning or trying to reason with Him. God's will be done, not our own! WOOHOO!! Amen.

Anyway, it was a little toasty today so I turned the heat on. I thought after it reached the 73degrees it would shut itself off. But as with most of the things in my house they never work the way I want to them to. Especially when hubby isn't there they appliances just won't act right. So it was nice & toasty but I did get 30mins of step aerobics & 15mins for lifting furniture trying to help my son find his key. I told him he would not leave the house until he found that stupid key. I took a day off last week to run errands specifically for him, so yeah, he gone be late finding that key. He is so lazy & its a struggle getting him to do what he is supposed to be doing. He hates being late for school so he moved a little. I eventually made him go through his dirty clothes again & BAM, the key fell into his hands.

A womans work is NEVER done!! I think its nap time but I am up & bubbly & full of joy!!!

How is your Monday going?!!

God bless & enjoy everyday!!

I always work a 13 hour shift on Mondays. Still I find time to spark. We started out with a busy morning but then kind of died down this afternoon. Focusing on Church has been so hard lately. Only a few months ago I was a great Christian Woman, then I fell into some sin. Now I am trying to seek forgiveness and get back on the path of Jesus again. I know that we have a forgiving God and he loves me. Great is the Lord!! Hope your week to come is just as awesome as your weekend. Happy Sparking!!

LOL girl you son sounds like my older son. He is so laid back and my middle son is much organized and balanced somewhat. I wish I could concentrate more during worship service but I content with my boy who is special needs, he loves to dance with the music and repeat what he hears from the pastor. I have not found much love in the so called church because of this. We went to a church and I always give him candy to help keep him quiet. The other kids around us wants his candy. So I brought some stickers to give them. Now I have started something. LOL! So We go where now we are received with love or at least let alone. I know God will not hold it to my charge. He knows what we are against and knows our hearts. The anointing destroys the yoke.

My hubbie took the week off and he is finding projects for me to do. When all I want to do is sit down. He is a cleaning freak. I am tired already after tomorrow we gonna talk. emoticon Be blessed this day.

So glad you had a great weekend! Wow, you are SET for the week with meat. emoticon It sounds as if church was a powerful time of blessing.

It's good that your son had to be find his own keys. When you require him to be responsible, think of it as a gift to his future wife! Heehee.

Thanks for the Sparkgoodie--I LOVE fruit! Yum.
