In the past couple of weeks, I have witnessed such a change in how my body reacts to exercise. I once used to dread getting on the treadmill or lifting weights or hopping on my bicycle. But, now I almost crave working out. It makes me feel so much better. Over the weekend, I skipped to days on the treadmill, but went up on Sunday to make up for that lost time. I could feel my body thanking me for putting it to use! It feels wonderful to step off the treadmill, feeling like you accomplished something rather than sitting in front of the TV. I hardly ever watch TV anymore. I only have a few shows I will actually sit down to catch. During my other time, I am working out or dancing. Hopefully I can keep it up this time. It's nice to have a website like this offer so much support. It definitely beats going into the world of healthier living all alone. :)

    Hahaha thank you very much! I dance in a show I am rehearsing. And I know what you mean: if I were to dance at home, my puppies would go INSANE!! emoticon

    Good for you! And I second everything you said (except, maybe, for the dancing part: when I dance, it drives my dogs crazy). But I have never been an exercise freak, and while I can't claim to be one now, I miss it when I don't do it. YOU ROCK!
