*SIGH* .... Yeah.. I'd be lying if I said over the past three weeks I have made really good choices and have remained motivated in my healthy eating and fitness.
I'd be lying if I said I trained these past few weeks for my 2nd 5K next weekend.
I have not one ounce of motivation to do anything...
I'm not eating bad... however, I am not eating great... i have done some strength training, but the cardio is waaaaay down.
I was going to join Planet Fitness again to motivate myself... but I am a little worried I will go over my bank account. I am trying to pay off my debt (Hence, the second job I am currently working).
Why can I not just put on my freaking sneakers and get the hell out there?? Is it a question of just sucking it up and doing it???!!
