3.6.... That is all I need to lose before I reach my goal weight for weight Watchers. After that I get to make life time and get to go to meetings for free. That will be really nice. 160 is my goal weight for weight Watchers but I plan to go lower.
I usually dont try to shoot for more than one or two pounds a week because anything more than that is pretty unrealistic especially at the weight I am at now but I would really like to shoot for a big number this week. I'm not going to be devastated if I don't reach it because I know I most likely won't but I figure it can't hurt of I give it 100% and I will maybe make my goal by the end of the month.
So I got up this morning and did my biggest loser workout video for the first time in like 3 months. I have really been avoiding getting back into them... It was challenging but not anywhere as bad as I was anticipating.
I planned out exactly what I am going to eat today ... Even working in some pumpkin ice-cream. I am really looking forward to that later on.
If anyone has not tried it you have to get some pumpkin ice cream by breyers. It's not light or anything but surprisingly it only has 120 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
I really hope I can stick to working out and stick to my meal plan
