settling in

I feel like I'm finally settling in to a new fitness routine:

Monday: swim, weights, walk.
Tuesday: yoga, walk.
Wednesday: swim, weights walk.
Thursday: yoga, walk.
Friday: walk.
Saturday: walk.
Sunday: nothing.

The flexibility and strength are slowly building. Feeling good! :)
