settling in

I feel like I'm finally settling in to a new fitness routine:

Monday: swim, weights, walk.
Tuesday: yoga, walk.
Wednesday: swim, weights walk.
Thursday: yoga, walk.
Friday: walk.
Saturday: walk.
Sunday: nothing.

The flexibility and strength are slowly building. Feeling good! :)

    Sounds like a winning mix of cardio and strength. Did you put into your fitness tracker? Mine helps keep me honest. I look my steps, Wii cardio and my upper, lower and core strength for the week.

    WOW - that's great - I barely get in my walking, treadmill & stationary bike - will be doing some jazz classes via dvd

    Sounds good. My fitness routine got totally blown out of the water this month. I'm in the process of re-establishing this and making a new plan. Starting slowly. So far only my Saturdays and Sundays are set.
