Ladies, WELCOME to your challenge of the week.

ARM CURLS
2 sets of 8 -using your choice in hand weights.
ABS- ABS ROCK or LEAN & HOLD using Weight or Basket Ball
Now, in order to do these. You need to be sitting on the floor as you see, and what you are going to do is hold the weight disc or dumbbell in your hands, and what you are going to do is rock back or lean back. Now, you can get creative with these, but the object is.. To never let your back touch the floor, you are going to lean back, and pull yourself back to start. I would like for you all to do..
2 sets of 25 reps if you can handle that.. I hope you enjoy these.
Thighs- Wall Squats
2 sets of 10
if you have problems with your needs. Don't squat as far. Do half squats. Don't go into a full seated position.
