Well, it's about the middle of week 2 and things are going well. I've got my mind set on what I call losing weight mode. Also, I'm in eating healthy mode. I walked a fair bit yesterday for my standards. I still fatigue easily from the chemo treatments. I've got to find a way to exercise despite the fatigue.

I'm right there with you, walking as much as I can at the hospital while I'm waiting for my radiation treatments (chemo was Jan-June). Don't give up - every little bit helps, even 5 or 10 minutes at a time. Have you checked with your docs about losing weight? They usually don't like you to do that during treatments, because nutrition is so important to deflect the side effects of chemo. Also, if you've been operated, keep up the exercises to regain mobility of your arm. They make a huge difference! Good luck!
