3 miles in the pouring rain... didn't want to go (what else is new) but GUESS WHAT?! Personal record! I didn't do a warm up or cool down, don't tell on me.

    So proud! I love love love walking and/or running in the rain! It motivates me to go faster... who knows why? lol.. p.s. i have the same headband as you and i wear it when i go for a run, lol!

    congratulations on your time.
    I hope this motivates you, but... 3.2 miles is a 5K run.
    I travel with our cross country team where I live and we have teen athletes who don't do a 5K run in 30 minutes yet.
    Keep it up you're doing great.

    You love wonderful! Don't sound too good but a nice cup of ginger tea n some biscuits or sugar free cupcakes can do wonders for you!
