I've learned my lesson.

Friday, October 15, 2010

I've been doing really well on my nutritional eating, but I'm starting to think that the calories that show up on here are not that accurate. ESPECIALLY the ones members add themselves. I Went to Applebee's for lunch today, and instead of doing the safe lunch I was going to, my friend talked me into the 2 for $20 combo. The appetizer was 1300 calories, and my meal was 1300 calories. Take a minute to read that again. That's right. My one meal (which I didn't eat nearly all of) was DOUBLE my daily caloric intake goal. FML. I'm checking the online nutrition facts before I go ANYWHERE next time. Better yet, i'm just not going out.

Thanks girls! I did. I kept my calories around my goal for the rest of the day. Today wasn't much better though, lol. Cleaning the house counts as a cardio though, right? ;)

Just start new now! It's ok, we all have done it. Yes double checking some of the calorie information when it is available is a great idea! Don't wait till tomorrow being a new day, just have a healthy dinner and pick up where you left off, you'll be fine!!

Eating out can be SO hard! Don't let it get you too down, though. I know Chili's has a weight watchers menu section. Tomorrow's a new day!
