A Week Of Progress

I have finally got my good eating habits back. I've been easing my way back in my exercise routine. I'm not going to rush exercising because of my back. I'm going to take care of myself better this time around. I got to say eating right again makes me feel good, I've been noticing since the week and half I started my diet, my pants around my waist are getting loose again. Hopefully with a little luck maybe the loose pants will translate into something positive on the scale on Monday. My life has been a tough journey, so dieting I wouldn't expect anything different. Nothing comes easy in this world, you have to work for want you want. That hard you put in will mean so much more when the goal weight has been achieved.
