I was just sitting here wishing I hadn't eaten a pierogie when I remembered what my mother always said, " a moment on the lips, forever on the hips."
I thought - ooh! a blog!
Then I thought to myself, this isn't true now. Here at SparkPeople I have learned moderation in all things.
I have learned it is ok to go over today if I am careful tomorrow.
I have learned that food isn't my life but that my life needs food for nourishment.
It's ok to eat that pierogie. The thought after the above was, ok, WATP today!
Life will go on!
P.S. WATP = Walk Away The Pounds with Leslie Sansone is a walking exercise using simple steps to burn away calories and inches with Cardio. They are reasonable and she is prolific in pumping out the workouts! I bought some new but most used at Amazon.com and Half.com
