Starting Over

Friday, October 15, 2010

So I have been in a major funk for the last week.Hardly felt like working out or tracking my food. Tonite was the first time since Saturday that I worked out. I had a major case of the munchies several times over the past week and yes ... I am mad at myself for allowing this to happen. I have been doing soo good on my journey so far. I was making sure to get in all my water and make better choices for food, etc.I was spending all my free time on here, reading, learning, getting motivated and I just kinda stopped.Yeah I would get on every day/nite, MAYBE read an article or not and log off. But something clicked inside me this evening right after work and I am going to get out of this funk.Tomorrow is a brand new day.My goals for Friday are:
Get in at least 8 cups of water : DONE
Get in at least 10 minutes of cardio and add in some toning :DONE
Record another Vlog

I know I can do it.I did it before.I just have to change gears and mindset and I know I can do it.

We know you can do it too. One step at a time. When you find yurself wanting to snack, allow a healthy one and start writing down why you are looking for food instead of feeling your feelings.

Right behind you "ginger." I was in the same funk and I hate it. I love the way I feel when I am working out and I know you do too. Get to it! I am right there with you.
