So I have been in a major funk for the last week.Hardly felt like working out or tracking my food. Tonite was the first time since Saturday that I worked out. I had a major case of the munchies several times over the past week and yes ... I am mad at myself for allowing this to happen. I have been doing soo good on my journey so far. I was making sure to get in all my water and make better choices for food,etc.I was spending all my free time on here,reading,learning,getting motivated and I just kinda stopped.Yeah I would get on every day/nite, MAYBE read an article or not and log off. But something clicked inside me this evening right after work and I am going to get out of this funk.Tomorrow is a brand new day.My goals for Friday are:
Get in at least 8 cups of water : DONE
Track EVERYTHING I eat DONE
Get in at least 10 minutes of cardio and add in some toning :DONE
Record another Vlog
I know I can do it.I did it before.I just have to change gears and mindset and I know I can do it.
