Originally it was my intention to write in this blog everyday. Somehow, the time got away from me. I was concerned that I was spending so much time on Spark People reading message boards, blogs, and other articles that I was not getting enough exercise. I still think I could do more when it comes to exercise but I was happy with my success this first week - 2.6 pounds gone. I am still struggling to learn all the ins and outs of this website hoping to find ways to trim the amount of time I am spending trying to track everything down. I know tracking is a good thing but I really feel getting away from the computer and moving more is far better. I guess it is a one day at a time thing.
