Week 3 of P90X

Ok into week 3 of P90X going good!! Although the the little "devil" in me is doubting if this will be like all the other things I"ve tried and failed because I let them fail. MY "angel" is saying no you've been eatting 100% and you've been doing the exercise program to the best of your ability keep going!! I feel good I'm sleeping good my mood swings have almost vanished handling stress soooooo much better. I ca do this I didnt put this weight on in 3 weeks its going to take more than 3 weeks to get to my goal weight of 135! PATIENCE with yourself yourdoing good!!
