Got up late but I refused to just look at the tv & indulge in one of my treats. Which is laying in bed while I watch tv or it watches me. I dragged myself up & put on workout clothes. I then stretched & took a sip of water. I looked out the window & saw trucks parked on my side of the street (directly in front of my door) today is street cleaning. So I put on my shoes & moved my truck to the other side. Then I asked my oldest son did he walk Shadow? Well he got up late. Feeling sorry that he will be shut in for the next 4hours I took him on a 6block walk.
He liked that a lot! Then I got home & remember I was very lazy last night & didn't wash the dishes. YIKES!!!!
So while I was in the kitchen & I have a tv in the dining room so I had room to start washing dishes. Then when All Star Workouts came on I did Kickboxing & when commercials came on I finished the dishes. lol So I was busy but I still need another workout so I will shoot for tonight?
Today, I had a twinkie & milk for breakfast. I needed something quick & that was really quick. I had a hand full of cashews for a snack & my new found go to snack:
carmel hard candies. . . . I tried them a few years ago but could never remember which one I had? Then I found them & I have those when I want to have something that's not good for me. For lunch I had a HUGE salad w/low fat dressings. For a snack I had campbells low sodium brown rice, chicken & vegetables w/keebler crackers. I'm making chili dogs w/cheese for the boys. At least by me cooking them I will know what's in them. They're not healthy but the boys need a junk food night. They have been eating my baked chicken & spaghetti all week & its GONE!! So this is for them. I will have a PB&J on honey wheat & a cup of frozen (then cooked) green beans. lol
I am bit long winded today but I be shorter next time. . . Promise. . .
