So I have finally stuck to my plan for over a month now. I am really happy with my progress. Losing weight in a slow, steady progression is the way to go.
I still sometime have problems with calories. Sometimes I just overthink and freak out that I am having too many during the day, so I will skip dinner. Then I find out later I did not even reach 1,000 calories. I HAVE to get better at that. I do not want my body to go into freak out mode and think I am starving myself. So now I am logging throughout the day.
Seems to be working so far...
