Since I started tracking my workdouts, I am almost done with week 3. Physical appearance change isn't quick but I am seeing just a smidgen of change in my arms. My strength is inceasing slowly and I am so looking forward to each strength training day. I love that! Cardio is not as fun but I am making myself do that also. Still using my lunch to workout and sometimes staying after to finish up w/ cardio. I am blessed to work in a gym so no excuses (well no good excuses anyway). My eating is getting a little better but still not quite where I want it. I fasted one day last week and may decide to do that once every week or 2 weeks for 1 day. Helps keep me focused on what my goal is and to bring my unruly appetite under control.
