So the solution is to be moderate.
I got the result of my bone scan that my woman's health provider requested I have.
I have a " normal" reading with no deterioration. So I am feeling better about eating my calcium in the form of milk and other sources like sardines. Maybe all the walking is paying off in healthy bones as well as less fat. Alleluia .
Does any one else remember Does your chewing gum loose it's flavor on the bedpost over night?
