Alleluia, the question is peculiar.

So the solution is to be moderate.
I got the result of my bone scan that my woman's health provider requested I have.
I have a " normal" reading with no deterioration. So I am feeling better about eating my calcium in the form of milk and other sources like sardines. Maybe all the walking is paying off in healthy bones as well as less fat. Alleluia .

Does any one else remember Does your chewing gum loose it's flavor on the bedpost over night?

I am so glad to hear about your bones. I am sure the weight loss and walking is really making a difference. Congratulations.

See you soon.

I usually forget to take calcium and vitamin D supplements. I am thinking of putting it as a personal goal on SP to help me remember.

I exercise and try to get dairy through yogurt, cottage cheese, and sometimes milk. I used to drink a lot more milk that is why I figured I better take supplements. I eat broccoli and other vegetables with calcium. I don't like sardines.

Are there other foods rich in calcium?

I'm glad your bone scan came out well. That is not always the case. I bet exercise helps a lot.
