Day 54-61 Yeah, breaks are bad

so it's really hard to come back from a break.

Exercise log:
Thursday: chased joey around soccer field for 45 minutes
Tuesday: 20 minute resistance band workout

maintained 170.

midterms sucked me in and chewed me up and spit me out.

its in the 90s here again, its really hard to motivated myself to even go outside in the heat. and it pretty much hasnt rained since august so i'm still sneezing up a storm.

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
