    Hi Kellea! Although I honestly didn't know you were gone, I'm glad to hear that you're back! Where does David go? The reason I ask is that my hubby has been transferred to the east coast and only comes home every other weekend, so I know what you mean about getting derailed!

I'm trying to get our Corona Sparkers more active -- if I plan a team walk, would you join us?

Me too, I've been off track but knowing everyone is here and supportive is my way to get back on goal. I really know how you feel about letting go whenever you're with someone special. My boyfriend and I are just the same...last week I struggled with him by my side the whole week but as you say, it's US aswell and it's important to remember at all times that we are capable of going to the gym and prioritising well.
Really missed hearing your blogs. You are so clear in your motives and so positive which is great. Thank youuu!

    girl, there is only one answer to your dilemma. Lots and LOTS of areobic sex. Mix it up and get wild and no more lazy days rolling around the get your work out and he gets what he 'needs'! hahah Might work??

Enjoy a Whisky-Sour for me!

The Only thing I can think of is try to do exercizy things with him! That way you get what you need done and you still spend time with him. When you think about it, it only takes 30 minutes. you have more time with him when you think about it!

Have Fun this weekend then just hop back on the wagon... Thats why the wagon has steps on it... so you can get back on.
