I finally found my motivation for exercise. I read an article (on Sparkpeople naturally!) that stated if you exercise in the morning, you'd sleep better at night. I started exercising yesterday morning and slept very well last night (for a change!). I hope that particular benefit keeps working as sleeping is a problem for me. Sometimes it is 4:00 am before I fall asleep. Last night, I was in the bed by 8:30 pm and didn't wake up until 6:45 am. I feel great! I exercised this morning and hope to sleep well again tonight! WOO-HOO!
